The online leak repair clamp is a specialized tool used for quickly sealing leakages during online maintenance of equipment or flange,pipe,Tee,elbow,valve. Such sealing clamp can be used to effectively repair leak by applying pressure to the leaking area to fill the leaking area with the proper leak repair clamp and proper sealing compound.

       Specifically, pressurized online leak repair clamp typically consists of the following 2 functions:
       1. Clamping Mechanism: Responsible for clamping the leaking area to ensure a tight fit of the sealing compound.
       2. Pressure Supply: Provide appropriate pressure to ensure the leak sealing compound to full fill the leakage channel in the clamp. 
 

       When using pressurized online leak repair clamps, the following points should be noted:
            1. Ensure that the structure and dimensions of the leak repair clamps meet the requirements of the equipment or flange,pipe,Tee,elbow,valve, and correctly install the leak repair clamps.
            2. Choose appropriate sealing compound and choose appropriate materials based on the leakage situation of the flange,pipe,Tee,elbow,valve.
            3. Use appropriate tools and methods to ensure that the leak repair clamp is used correctly and the sealing compound is properly filled.
            4. Design the online leak repair clamp as per the leaking temperature and leaking pressure as well as leaking medium.   

           It is very necessary to apply a proper leak repair clamp when doing the online leak repair jobs.The leak repair clamp is a pressure vessel that being installed at the leakage position to perform a sealed cavity and provides strength and rigidity.Sealed cavity is to contain the special sealant compound which being injected by a high pressure injection gun,and then form the required sealing specific pressure to repair the leakage.In a word,the online leak repair clamp function is used to pack the leak point and hold the sealing compound.TSS online leak repair clamp size can be from 1/2" to 36",max withstand high pressure is up to 5000psi and 800 degree C, no need shutdown the plant production by using TSS online leak sealing clamping method.

       Common clamps structure is  flange leak repair clamp and pipe leak repair clamp.Tee-clamp and elbow clamp are also normal.Unusual clamps are cap leak repair clamp,valve bonnet leak repair clamp and reduced-pipe leak repair clamp,boxing leak repair clamp. Most industrial leakages are caused by flange gasket broken or pipeline corrosion, flange leak repair clamp and pipeline leak repair clamp are the most common clamping structures.
       The working principle of flange leak repair clamp is mainly to tightly fix the flange connection through the clamping, and then use injection tools to inject the proper sealants compounds into the flange gaps and into the flange leak repair clamp gaps to seal the leakage.The design and sealing method of flange leak repair clamp vary depending on the type of flange and leakage situation.The pipeline leak repair clamp is more or less the same principle.
