4.Operation

 

(1). Fixture installation:

 

Before installing the clamp, all injection valves must be tightened and placed in the "open" position.

(3) operators should stand on the upper air outlet or use compressed air to blow the leakage medium aside and reveal the leakage area. The leakage medium can not be directly faced to the personnels.

 

5.Injecting sealant

(1) personnels who operate the injection gun must stand on the side of the injection gun and the injection valve.

 

(2) must connect the injection gun to the injection valve, remove the injection gun and exit the push rod to encrypt the seal. First, the cock on the injection valve must be closed. When the sealant is injected, a certain oil pressure on the injection gun must be applied before opening the cock on the injection valve.

 

(3) when the leakage area is larger or there are more leakage points, the sealant will be injected from both sides of the leak point. Starting from the second injection point, the sealant should be crossed on both sides of the leak point to push forward to the leakage point until the leakage is eliminated.
