TSS was incorporated in 2003 in Tianjin,China by a group of dedicated and enterprising engineers specialized in Online Leak Sealing Clamps  and  Compounds to serve the Power plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and the general process industry.

Online leak sealing technology is a technique that seals leakage points online while maintaining production of equipment or system pressure. This online leak repair technology can repair leaks on operating pressure vessels including flanges,pipelines,elbows,Tees,valves without the plant shutdwon or pressure reduction, effectively ensuring the continuity and safety of production.
 
Online leak repair technology mainly includes two construction methods: injection method  and  fastening method. The injection method with online leak repair clamp is to packing the leakage point by using a proper metal clamp and then inject some specific sealing compounds into the clamp via injection tools,which is suitable for leaks of various shapes and sizes.The fastening/tightening method with online leak repair clamp is to seal the leaking area by tightening bolts and other connecting parts by installing a proper metal clamp without injecting online leak sealing compounds. Both of these methods can operate under high pressure and high temperature conditions and are suitable for various industrial leakages.
 
The implementation of online leak sealing technology requires strict safety management and on-site investigation. Before operation, a detailed inspection and evaluation of the leaking area should be conducted to determine the appropriate sealing method and materials. During the preparation process, it is necessary to strictly follow the technical specifications, control the construction environment and conditions, and ensure the sealing effect and safety.
 
The online leak repair technology has a corresponding national standard in China, "Technical Specification for Pressure Equipment Pressure Sealing" (GB/T 26556-2011), which regulates the safety management, on-site survey, operation preparation, operation process control, safety protection, and completion acceptance of pressure sealing online.TSS online leak sealing technology is complied with ASME PCC-2 too.

Online Leak Repair technology is consist of online leak sealing compound, online leak repair clamp, compound injection tools and manpower skills as well as clamp design,it is a perfect solution that can repair industrial leaks under high temperature and high pressure without plant shutdown, SAFE, FAST, no matter the leaks on pipe, flange, elbow, T-pipe, valve or any other industrial equipment. It is also called Under Pressure Leak Repair. This solution temperature range is from -100℃ to 800℃, pressure range is from vacuum to 5000 PSI, can repair various of leaking mediums.
